Dear Zellix customer,We have some exciting new updates to Zellix which will make your shopping experience even more seamless.
  1. We now accept more than just Bitcoin. We’ve added these coins: ApeCoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, SHIBA INU, Tether, Matic and USD Coin.
  2. You can now pay on Ethereum, Base and Polygon using Coinbase or by connecting your wallet.
  3. No more invoices! Until now you had to submit the product you wanted to purchase and wait 5-10 minutes while our system calculated the taxes and shipping to produce an invoice. Now you can seamlessly checkout without waiting for an invoice, just like you would on Amazon.
  4. Refunds available as credit. Another big change is the ability to get a refund for any purchase that had an issue. Sometimes the sellers aren’t able to fulfill the product and now we can give you credit (including transaction fees) for use on any future purchase.

Whether you have a question, encounter an issue, or need assistance with any aspect of our service, simply go to  the "Create Ticket" section, and you'll be on your way to getting the help you need.

2. Seamless Interaction: The Support Ticket Module streamlines your communication with our customer support team. Once you've created a ticket, you can view your ticket history, check the status of your inquiries, and receive prompt responses from our support agents, all within the same convenient location.

3. Two-Way Communication: We understand that effective communication is crucial when resolving issues or answering queries. That's why our Support Ticket Module allows you to not only submit requests but also respond to support agents directly from the ticket interface. This two-way communication ensures that your concerns are addressed comprehensively and in a timely manner. If you are away from your device, you will receive an email informing you that one of our agents has replied to your ticket.

3. Create Your Ticket: Go to the Create Ticket section and click on the Support Request option and provide details about your inquiry or issue. A form similar to the one in Fig. 2 will load. Ensure that you enter a valid email to receive updates when you are away from your device.

4. Stay Updated: Keep an eye on your ticket's progress, receive support agent replies, and respond as needed, all within the same module or from within your same email if you are away from your device.

New Tracking Module!

Our new tracking module is finally finished and integrated on Zellix. Customers will  now be able to track their packages as soon as tracking information is available from the retailer. Customers can now simply view the order and click on the View Tracking Details button to view the tracking information of that order if available as seen in the image below.
